About The Position

Provide, implement, and administer masking instructions and visual aids within the facility. DPD Technicians work directly for the Quality Manager. The DPD Technician is involved in developing and implementing systems to ensure products or services meet or exceed customer requirements and expectations. This position may include a mixture of the functions below to be determined upon hire. To accomplish this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform, with or without reasonable accommodation, each essential function satisfactorily. Requirements

  • Ability to work will all types of computer applications including, but not limited to, PowerPoint, PDF editor, word and excel.
  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in CATIA
  • Ability to read multiple types of blueprints
  • Vision (Near, Distance)
  • Sense of Sound - Able to hear in normal audio range
  • Sense of Touch
  • Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) - All Required
  • Applicants must meet ITAR requirements prior to employment for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and create file structures for storage of existing and new documents. This will include visual aids, customer provided blueprints and any other work instructions.
  • Ability to take and edit photos for use in masking instructions.
  • Interpretation of masking instructions to translate onto internal visual aids.
  • Use of CATIA to create model based visual aids.
  • Ability to read multiple types of blueprints.
  • Interpretation of customer supplied purchase orders and work instructions.

Benefits

  • Compensation Range $18.00 to $ 22.00 per hour (DOE)
