About The Position

This internship will support our Digital Transformation team across our Absorbent Hygiene Division by assisting in optimizing workflow, adopting emerging technologies, and automating manual processes. As an intern you will participate in engaging and challenging projects, opportunities for personal and professional growth, networking, and a chance to immerse yourself in an innovative and dynamic environment. Requirements

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
Foundational knowledge of digital tools like Microsoft, Power Platforms, Excel, basic programming.
Strong problem solving skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable tech solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently as part of a team.
