About The Position
This position allows entry level architects the opportunity to utilize their design and rendering skills in a corporate environment while also learning about the retail industry and mixed-use development business.
Requirements
- A working ability in Rhino and/or SketchUp and Adobe Suite
- Working toward a Bachelor’s degree in architecture or Interior Design, from an accredited University.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and 3D Studio Max a plus
Responsibilities
- Creating or modifying schematic site plans and schematic building plans.
- Preparing 2D and 3D presentation drawings
- Creating 3D models in Rhino and/or SketchUp
- Rendering 2D and 3D models with Enscape and/or photoshop
