About The Position

The intern will work closely with a mentor while supporting the department and a closely knit team on daily assignments and projects. The role includes shadowing department members to assist with projects and deliverables and to understand the full range of departments they support.

The position may involve conducting audits and working in retail store and other non-traditional environments or cultures. Listed duties are illustrative rather than comprehensive, are not contractual, and may change at the discretion of Little Caesars Enterprises Inc.

Requirements

• Be a junior-level student or above and actively enrolled in finance or accounting.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
• Good organizational and analytical/reasoning skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate PC skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects concurrently.
• Ability to function in a team environment and support team members when needed.
• Ability to work independently and complete projects within determined timelines.
• Evidence of ability to build and maintain relationships and excel in an interactive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with a mentor to conduct audits.
• Maintain an organized schedule of assignments and projects.
• Assist with filing and organizing employee files.
• Produce writing elements.
• Assist in coordinating and executing projects.
• Shadow department members and assist with projects and deliverables.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
