Requirements

  • You can work full-time during the summer (May/June - August/September).
  • You’re currently working on your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with at least one semester left after the internship.
  • Your major is in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or something similar.
  • You’re heading into your junior or senior year.
  • You know how to get your point across, whether you’re writing or speaking.
  • You’ve got some experience with MS Office—Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are your trusty sidekicks.
  • You enjoy connecting with people and aren’t afraid to pick up the phone.
  • You’re a natural problem-solver who’s curious about how businesses run.
  • You can roll with feedback and adapt to new challenges—bonus points if you do it with a smile!

Responsibilities

  • Reach out to customers with overdue preventive maintenance (PM) and share our special promotional offer—think of yourself as a friendly PM superhero!
  • Explain the value of regular service check-ups (and why skipping them is a risky move).
  • Log your customer conversations and progress like a pro—details matter!
  • Team up with sales, service engineers, and marketing to make sure everyone’s on the same page.
  • Help track how your outreach boosts revenue and brings customers back into the fold.
