About The Position

The CPX Support intern will assist with maintaining high-quality client and contact data across enterprise systems. The intern will gain hands-on experience with Salesforce, SharePoint, Teams, Qualtrics, and Msft Office tools while working closely with internal stakeholders. This is an ideal opportunity for students interested in data management, account management, or client support functions.

Requirements

• Candidate must be a junior/senior level undergraduate in good standing pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field of study.
• 3.25 GPA level or higher
• Available May 12th thru August 7, 2026
• Enthusiastic self-starter, who proactively takes on new tasks
• Flexible and willing to work as part of a team
• Must have excellent communication skills – written and verbal
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Self starter, adept at identifying opportunities to contribute
• Familiarity with using Salesforce, SharePoint, Teams and/or Qualtrics a definite plus
• Excellent writing skills along with talent for expressing ideas and concepts
• And, of course -- attention to detail with strong systems/organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Update client account records in Salesforce, including contact details and status
• Activate/inactivate client and contact records
• Maintain and audit industry types, regions and Fortune list data
• Generate client revenue reports
• Assist with SharePoint library upkeep and Teams collaboration
• Participate in Qualtrics support survey setup and data pulls

Benefits

• This is a paid internship; interns will work in-office a minimum of 4 days per week at Altair’s Frisco headquarters. Depending on the department, there may be an opportunity to work at home on the fifth day. Each workday will be eight hours total.
