About The Position
The Aladdin Temp-Rite Internship/Coop program provides students pursuing a professional degree or certificate with experiential learning aligned with their college curriculum. Students gain hands-on experience in a real-world work environment, with an organized plan for on-the-job training under actual business conditions. The program is intended to balance school and work demands, reinforce skills, provide course credit for verified workplace learning, and help students explore career choices while transitioning from school to a career. For Aladdin Temp-Rite, the program introduces students to its culture and work processes to assess their skills and company fit, supports a candidate pipeline in critical skilled trades, contributes to the local community, and strengthens cooperation with schools, including Vol State.
