About The Position

This paid, full-time summer internship supports investment banking transaction execution through financial analysis, research, and production of client-ready materials. The internship runs for 11 weeks, beginning May 18, 2027, and ending July 30, 2027. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and the position is mostly onsite at 1401 South Brentwood Boulevard, Suite 600, St. Louis, Missouri 63144.

Requirements

Knowledge of financial analysis and an analytical, quantitative skillset.
Independent thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to ask questions, offer solutions, retain information, and apply details to future situations.
Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Inquisitive, agile team player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Teams, and Outlook.
Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Assist in building transaction comps and support DCF and operating model inputs; spread financial data and run sensitivities and charts.
Conduct company and industry research, buyer screening, ownership and relationship mapping, and news and filings reviews.
Assist in creating and formatting slides, tables, and charts; support CIM and management presentation production.
Track outreach lists, call notes, NDA tracking, diligence logs, and weekly status reporting.
Perform other duties as assigned.
