About The Position

As a Commercial Lines Intern, you will work under the direct supervision of branch and team leadership to gain hands-on experience in the insurance industry. This internship is designed to provide exposure to sales operations, client service, and marketing strategies. You will assist with project-based work, participate in training sessions, and collaborate with team members to support business development efforts. Requirements

Current college student pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Strong organizational, multitasking, and administrative skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Basic problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Interest in the insurance industry and a desire to grow professionally
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and team-oriented mindset
High School Diploma (or equivalent)

Responsibilities

Participate in Insurance & Sales 101 training sessions to build foundational knowledge.
Assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns using Salesforce.
Monitor and contribute to social media platforms to promote company messaging.
Support research and presentation of industry-specific insurance topics.
Shadow Producers to observe sales techniques and client engagement strategies.
Collaborate with team members on assigned projects and initiatives.
Assist in organizing and tracking campaign performance metrics.
Help maintain accurate records and documentation in agency systems.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative planning for outreach efforts.
Attend team meetings and contribute to discussions and planning.
Support the preparation of client-facing materials and presentations.
Engage in professional development and learning opportunities.
Foster positive relationships with colleagues and leadership.
Promote a collaborative and positive team culture.
Demonstrate professionalism and a willingness to learn.
