About The Position

Compeer Financial is seeking a motivated intern to support their business process improvement team. This role involves creating, organizing, and maintaining documentation for processes and procedures, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and accessibility to drive efficiency and collaboration across the organization. This is a paid, full-time internship located at the Lakeville, MN office, running through the summer of 2027. The intern will be responsible for their own housing and transportation, though business-related transportation and expenses will be covered.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or business administration (at least two years completed).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members across departments.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with process mapping tools and document management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and update business process documentation to ensure accessibility and consistency.
  • Work with team members to capture and document process changes and improvements.
  • Draft and edit user-friendly manuals, process flows, and instructions.
  • Support document management systems, ensuring proper version control and compliance.
