About The Position
The Intern role is accountable to develop core skills and working knowledge of FNBO business practices and operations through educational sessions, straightforward projects, and other duties requested by the manager. Target start date: August 2026
Requirements
- Must be a current university student or recent graduate with pursuing a degree in business analytics and/or marketing
- Undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Possess leadership skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing email/SMS campaigns to enhance customer engagement
- Leveraging Adobe Analytics to derive actionable insights from campaign performance data
- Creating customer communications that support our collection and loss reduction initiatives
- Participate and/or lead the completion of assigned short-term projects, as requested by manager
- Work with manager to develop, implement and complete a development plan, intended to identify educational opportunities in the organization aligned with interests
