About The Position

This internship sits within AI Companion Workflows and agentic initiatives, focused on automation, integrations, and user experience improvements across our AI ecosystem. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support AI Companion Workflow development. You will work alongside Product, Engineering, Design, Legal, and Go-to-Market teams to help deliver AI-powered workflow automation features from concept through launch.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, HCI, or related field
• Have strong interest in AI/ML technologies and product management
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to take initiative and manage tasks independently
• Basic understanding of software development processes preferred

Nice To Haves

• Have experience with collaboration tools such as Zoom Docs, Google Docs, Jira, or similar platforms preferred

Responsibilities

• Support development and launch of AI Companion workflow automation features
• Assist with template creation and third-party application integrations
• Contribute to product specifications, requirements documents, and user guides
• Conduct competitive analysis and user research to inform product decisions
• Analyze usage metrics and user feedback to identify product improvements
• Partner cross-functionally to support feature releases and launches
