The North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) is the Metropolitan Planning Organization for the Dallas-Fort Worth region, which is the fourth largest metropolitan area in the United States. The Transportation Department of the North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) is seeking a summer Intern to provide support with technical assistance on regional active transportation planning data to guide the development of walking and bicycling facilities in the region. The student in this position will assist with collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to help develop insights and create maps, reports, and presentations for active transportation planning. This internship will provide valuable experience in planning for livability and multimodal transportation in the Dallas-Fort Worth region.
