We are hiring an Intermissions Program Coordinator to plan, develop and manage the overall operation of the Intermissions community-based social activity programs. This role partners with Resident Life and Health Services to facilitate the effective delivery of service to participants and assessment of program outcomes. The coordinator will manage the internal marketing of the Intermissions Program to residents, families, and staff, coordinate acceptance of participants into the program and discontinuation of services as needed, and facilitate the exchange of information with residents’ families, caregivers, staff, and support systems. Additionally, the role involves educating staff and volunteers regarding residents’ abilities, preferences, and program interventions, and scheduling and documenting in-service programs for staff and volunteers.
