About The Position

The Intermediate Software Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications. This role involves working closely with senior developers, architects, and project managers to deliver high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for technology.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in software development.
  • Proven experience with full-stack development, including front-end and back-end technologies.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js).
  • Knowledge of database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of software testing and quality assurance principles

Responsibilities

  • Design, code, test, and debug software applications according to project requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop efficient and reusable code.
  • Participate in technical design discussions and provide input on software architecture.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
  • Provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Identify and fix software defects and issues.
  • Perform regular maintenance and updates to existing software applications.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and timelines.
  • Communicate project status and escalate issues as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Continuously improve technical skills and knowledge.
