Who We Are HII-Mission Technologies is seeking a Intermediate Screening and Vetting Analyst to support the Office of National Security (ONS) within the Immediate Office of the Secretary at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). ONS manages Department-wide programs and provides oversight, policy direction, standards, and performance assessments in the areas of counterintelligence, intelligence, insider threat, cyber threat intelligence, information security, national personnel security, homeland security, and the safeguarding of classified information. ONS provides counterintelligence, intelligence, and security support to HHS Operating Divisions, Staff Divisions, and Department leadership. This position will support the Identity Intelligence Division (I2D) and focus on conducting screening, vetting, identity resolution, and risk analysis of foreign nationals, entities, and individuals associated with HHS programs, facilities, grants, contracts, acquisitions, and SBIR/STTR initiatives. The analyst will leverage government, commercial, and open-source information to identify foreign affiliations, indicators of malign foreign influence, counterintelligence concerns, technology transfer risks, and other threats to HHS-funded research, public health programs, and critical supply chains.
