As an Intermediate Project Engineer, Land Development, you will support a growing portfolio of exciting residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional site development projects across Ontario. Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in land development engineering.
• P.Eng. designation in Ontario.
• Strong technical proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil3D.
• Working knowledge of Ontario land development processes and approval pathways.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset.

Nice To Haves

• Valid Ontario driver’s licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and delivery of multidisciplinary land development projects, including greenfield and infill developments.
• Prepare technical drawings, designs, and reports using AutoCAD and Civil3D.
• Assist in coordinating permits, approvals, and regulatory submissions.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, senior engineers, and cross‑functional project teams.
• Contribute to project coordination, documentation, and quality control.
• Apply innovative problem‑solving skills to advance project outcomes.

• Work from home offices across the GTA, Thornhill, Whitby, Kitchener, Hamilton, or London, Ontario, with hybrid work flexibility.
