About The Position

This is a 1.0 FTE continuing contract position for an Intermediate (grades 4-6) Intensive Support Special Education Teacher at Lynnwood Elementary that begins with the 2026-27 school year. Requirements

  • Washington State Teaching Certificate with a Special Education endorsement, or the ability to obtain one prior to the position start date.
  • A complete application includes: Cover Letter, Resume, 2 Confidential Reference Surveys, 2 Letters of Recommendation, and Transcripts.
  • Confidential reference forms must be completed by 11:00 p.m. on the closing date.

Nice To Haves

  • ELL, ESOL, or Bilingual endorsement.
  • SIOP training and GLAD training (required within the first two years of employment unless previously completed).
