About The Position

As an Intermediate Developer, you'll design, build, and maintain scalable software features as part of a collaborative product-engineering team. You'll work closely with senior developers, product managers, and designers, contributing across the full development lifecycle from design through deployment. This role is a strong fit for someone who wants to keep sharpening their craft, take ownership of real features, and grow alongside a team that moves fast and builds things that matter.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated working experience in software development, focused on delivering high-quality software
  • Have delivered at least one feature end-to-end in collaboration with other developers
  • Strong understanding of relational databases and how they're used in software development
  • Comfortable working with .NET
  • Basic understanding of REST APIs and their role in web development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Nice To Haves

  • Experience delivering SaaS software in an agile environment
  • Experience collaborating with product managers to define and clarify requirements and ensure successful delivery
  • Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs
  • Experience deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting code on Azure in a professional or enterprise environment
  • Understanding of authentication and authorization best practices for RESTful services
  • Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and implement application features based on product specifications and technical design
  • Maintain and improve our existing codebase through refactoring, bug fixes, and technical debt reduction
  • Write unit, integration, and automated tests, and troubleshoot issues to ensure reliability across development and staging environments
  • Review peer code, provide thoughtful feedback, and help the team adopt best practices for maintainability and quality
  • Actively participate in daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver solutions
  • Partner with product managers on requirements, prioritization, and trade-offs
  • Coordinate with front-end, back-end, and DevOps developers on delivery
  • Work with designers on UX/UI alignment and design hand-offs
