Requirements

3+ years as a Business Analyst in Agile development environments
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrumban, or SAFe), backlog management, prioritization, and estimation techniques
Hands-on experience with Jira or Azure DevOps for backlog management, user stories, and workflow tracking
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Strong ownership mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach
Ability to collaborate effectively across business stakeholders and technical teams
Ability to gather, analyze, and clarify incomplete or ambiguous business requirements
Ability to write clear user stories and ticket descriptions with well-defined acceptance criteria
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, solution-oriented mindset
High attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and completeness
Commitment to continuous learning and process improvement
Upper-Intermediate+ English level

Nice To Haves

Experience in banking, fintech, payments, or other highly regulated industries
Familiarity with payment gateways, card processing, or ACH
Technical background in software development or quality assurance
Scrum Master or Agile facilitation experience

Responsibilities

Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, helping align priorities, shape the backlog, and support clear, effective delivery of requirements.
Partner with the Product Owner and Product Manager to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
Translate business needs into clear user stories, ticket descriptions, and acceptance criteria.
Gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements, resolving gaps and ambiguities.
Act as liaison between business and technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and resolving conflicting priorities.
Collaborate with the Technical Manager, Architect, and development team to support planning and delivery.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and other Scrum events.
Support estimation activities and maintain a high-quality product backlog.
Drive process improvements to enhance backlog quality and delivery efficiency.
Create and maintain documentation to ensure transparency and alignment.
