About The Position

Aviva Canada is seeking Intermediate Auto Claims Advisors – empathic, motivated, and customer-focused individuals to join their Auto Claims team. This role involves being the customer's first point of contact during a difficult time, guiding them through the claims process, conducting investigations, and determining the best course of action. The position requires availability for a rotating shift schedule between 8 am and 6 pm, Monday through Friday, and operates on a hybrid work model. Aviva Canada is a leading property and casualty insurance group.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

• 1-2 years Auto Claims Adjusting experience is an asset.
• 1-2 years’ experience in a Call Center Environment is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the claims process by investigating their auto collision claim and looking after their needs.
• Comply with company and industry regulatory practices, delivering best practice methods and taking responsibility for customers and claims outcomes.
• Work autonomously in a digital environment.
• Actively participate in ongoing training to keep up to date with best practices in claims handling.
• Contribute to special projects and provide feedback to support Aviva’s ongoing initiatives to provide an outstanding customer experience.
