Under close supervision performs basic functions related to aircraft interior processes. Executes assigned work orders in accordance with design, customer and GAC specifications ensuring that work performed reflects high quality standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Entry level.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.

Nice To Haves

• Demonstrates precision in workmanship aligned with aviation standards, with the ability to read and interpret technical data and maintenance documentation.
• Maintains high levels of cleanliness and strong Foreign Object Debris (FOD) awareness to support a safe working environment.
• Possesses keen attention to detail, basic mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work effectively in tight or confined spaces.
• Communicates clearly and collaborates well within a team setting, while showing adaptability, a strong learning mindset, and a solid understanding of safety, regulatory compliance, and operational procedures.
• Completion of Technical Certificate in Interior preferred.
• Successful completion in current year youth apprenticeship program sponsored by Gulfstream, in area of expertise.
• Previous interior experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs shop technical functions within design, customer, FAA, and GAC specifications.
• Interior work must be completed in compliance with blueprints and standard quality specifications.
• All assignments are to be accomplished within budgeted hours and material costs.
• Required paperwork must be completed by the established departmental guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
