About The Position

Dent Wizard is seeking detail-oriented individuals who enjoy making things look brand new and working with customers to join their growing team as an Interior Repair Technician. This role involves traveling to customer locations such as dealerships and auctions to perform mobile interior repairs on vehicles. You will be responsible for repairing rips, tears, burns, and stains, as well as mixing dyes and restoring surfaces to a like-new condition. The position also requires building strong customer relationships and promoting the company's services. No prior experience is needed as comprehensive, paid training is provided, including travel, food, and transportation. The role offers uncapped earning potential, with long-term earning potential estimated between $60,000-$110,000+.

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a passion for quality and precision
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 15 pounds
• Vision abilities including close, distance, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
