About The Position

Volpe Enterprises is hiring Foreman Interior Residential Construction to join our growing team. Volpe Enterprises is a full-service/design-build, complete home remodeling company that has been in business since 1970. We are looking to add several positions to our Interior Production team in North Wales, PA. We are looking for professional individuals who have a positive attitude, are mechanically inclined, motivated, and can take direction. We are a growing company and are interested in individuals who are looking for a career and growth within our organization. Please keep in mind candidates must have a clean driving record, be drug-free, and be a team player. Compensation is paid bi-weekly and will be based on experience level.

Requirements

Ability to use hand and power tools properly
Ability to read a tape measure
Basic knowledge of residential building
Basic rough and finish carpentry
Basic drywall and finishing
Basic flooring
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in residential remodeling/building preferred
Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects
Clean driving record
Must pass a drug test

Responsibilities

Arriving on time with tools, ready to work
Maintain a clean and safe job site and work environment
Ability to take direction and assist in the remodeling of kitchens, bathrooms basements, additions, and other residential remodeling projects
Ability to make independent decisions and work unsupervised when necessary
Maintain our standard of a high-quality finished product
Uphold company vision, core values, and standards
Willingness to learn, grow your skills, and teach others
Ability to build a professional and positive relationship with clients and co-workers
Maintenance & completion of punch lists
Attendance & involvement in regular meetings with Management, field staff, company-wide, training, etc.
