About The Position
An outstanding, full-time opening has become available in the Denver, CO area for an individual with 5-years’ experience as an Interior Project Architect with a background in Commercial projects. This position would earn a generous base salary and great benefits package including medical benefits, a 401K w/ matching, PTO and other outstanding perks.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of Interior Architectural Design AND Project Management experience from conception to completion
- Demonstrated experience working with small to large scale Commercial projects i.e., Office spaces, Warehouses, etc. (5k-30k sqft) is a MUST
Nice To Haves
- Experience with MacOS and ArchiCAD is HIGHLY PREFERRED
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture is a BIG PLUS
Responsibilities
- Construction Administration responsibilities including scheduling, managing budgets, conducting onsite inspections, consulting with clients, responding to RFI’s and submittals etc. is a MUST
