Interior Plant Tech
About The Position
As a member of our Interiors team, your primary focus will be to help our customers achieve their vision for beautiful spaces with the addition and ongoing care of indoor plants in our community’s most beautiful commercial properties. You’ll support the success of that vision with a weekly watering, pruning, and pest and disease scouting routine – following defined standards and best practices. And you’ll be assisting with new interior plant installations within the scope and timeframe given by the Branch Manager – all in line with our vision to be the most loved commercial landscape company in the Midwest.
Requirements

- Strong organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking skills while maintaining consistent attention to detail
- A valid Nebraska driver’s license

- Knowledge of tropical and indoor plants is always a plus
Responsibilities
- Follow your assigned route, attend weekly safety meetings, and communicate with your Branch Manager to keep projects on track
- Care for plants at the highest level, identify and treat pests, and uphold our standards at every account
- Travel safely between accounts, complete tasks within the allotted time, and track time accurately in the Aspire application
- Assist with plant installations and collaborate with crew members to ensure smooth operations
- Follow Greenhall uniform and safety guidelines to create a professional and safe work environment
