About The Position
This role focuses on interior aircraft maintenance, specifically cabin open & close up, seat rows, sidewalls, stow bins, and monuments. All skill sets require the ability to read, understand, and follow technical STC drawings and flag notes at a high level to ensure compliance. A basic understanding of Inspection Buy Back requirements, OK to install, OK to drill, and OK to close is necessary. The ability to navigate maintenance manuals such as AMM/AIPC/FIM/ESPM/SRM is crucial. A strong understanding of aircraft maintenance documentation and tool control is critical for this position.
Requirements
- Ability to read, understand and follow technical STC drawings and flag notes at a high level
- Basic understanding of Inspection buy back requirements, OK to install, OK to drill, OK to close
- Ability to navigate maintenance manuals AMM/AIPC/FIM/ESPM/SRM etc.
- Understanding of aircraft maintenance documentation
- Understanding of tool control
- 3+ Yrs of MRO experience
- MUST HAVE TOOLS – DAY 1
Nice To Haves
- 737 800 – 900 A/C experience preferred
- Previous MRO MOD experience with short TAT - Wi Fi MODs generally have shorter TAT per aircraft per skill set whereas Passenger to Cargo MODs do not.
