We're seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Interior Doors Assemblers in our Idaho Falls manufacturing facility. In this role, you'll be responsible for assembling trusses while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity. Whether you're new to the industry or have previous manufacturing, construction, or carpentry experience, we provide opportunities for growth and advancement.

Requirements

  • No prior experience is required. We are willing to train motivated candidates who are eager to learn and grow.
  • Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
  • Frequently use hands and arms to grasp, handle, and assemble materials.
  • Frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Regularly lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Occasionally lift up to 100 pounds with assistance when appropriate.
  • Occasionally bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, and balance.
  • Exposure to moving machinery and mechanical equipment.
  • Exposure to varying weather conditions, including heat and cold.
  • Exposure to dust, vibration, and industrial noise.
  • Required use of hearing protection, eye protection, and other PPE.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in carpentry, construction, manufacturing, assembly, or woodworking.
  • Experience working with hand tools, power tools, or production equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble trusses according to specifications and production requirements.
  • Position and secure lumber and truss components using hand tools, pneumatic tools, and manufacturing equipment.
  • Measure, cut, and prepare materials to exact specifications.
  • Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met and identify any defects.
  • Operate equipment used in fastening and assembly processes.
  • Work at various stations throughout the production process as business needs require.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
