About The Position

TenBerke is seeking a Professional I Interior Designer for our residential interior design department. The Designer will assist on multiple projects in the firm.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of design experience and implementation on residential projects preferred
• Knowledge of furniture, fabric, rugs, and accessory sourcing
• Demonstrated proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
• Excellent graphic, communication, and organizational skills
• Good interpersonal skills, thrives in a collaborative environment and understands the importance of supporting design team members
• Pro-active, self-disciplined, and confident in a fast-paced working environment
• Detail-oriented, accurate, and hands-on
• Possess all legal permits and visas required to work in the U.S.
• Fluency in written and spoken English

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Studio Designer, Rhino, VRay, Enscape, and Revit

Responsibilities

• Assist on multiple projects in the firm.
• Specification and purchasing experience
• Follow through and manage up
• Identify and implement actionable steps to resolve problems
• Research, analyze and critically review information
• Design, technical design, space planning, and presentation tasks
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workflow in order to meet deadlines
• Adapt to the daily needs of the design team and studio
