About The Position

The Interior Designer will execute and develop accurate design layouts, 3D models, and detailed specifications for various projects. This role involves conducting research on project-specific requirements to support design accuracy and compliance, and contributing to the generation of design concepts, including space planning, furniture and equipment layouts, and assessments of existing site conditions. The designer will prepare and develop detailed project drawings such as floor plans, customer furniture designs, elevations, lighting layouts, and finish specifications using CAD software. Responsibilities also include sourcing FF&E and materials aligned with the project’s creative vision and design intent, preparing client presentations, coordinating with vendors, supporting the management of multiple projects, and assisting with Construction Administration.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, or similar.
• 1 year of experience in an interior designer role for an architectural firm.
• 1 year of experience using Revit, AutoCAD, Enscape, Rhino, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Prepare client presentations that reflect both the company’s aesthetic and the client’s needs.
• Coordinate with vendors to collect samples, obtain quotes, and confirm product availability and lead times.
• Support the management of multiple projects, maintaining deadlines, and fostering strong collaboration with team members and leadership.
• Assist with Construction Administration.
