Job Description Overview: As a member of the Interior Design team and reporting to the Interior Design Lead, the Interior Designer is responsible for supporting homeowners through the design selection process, managing schedules, and ensuring accurate documentation. Ideal candidates should have over 2 years of residential construction experience and possess a relevant Interior Design degree. The Interior Designer is also responsible for the creation and execution of the vision for Alberta Homes’ showhomes from concept, selections to merchandizing. This includes coordination of the showhome process through internal departments and external consultants, vendors and suppliers. In addition, collaboration with the Interior Design Lead with the maintenance of the furniture and accessories inventory for Alberta Homes.
