As an Interior Designer supporting Cleveland Clinic in Florida, you will assist and collaborate with the Design Studio team in the development of low to mid-complexity facility projects across the enterprise (renovation and new construction) and the recapitalization of existing facilities. Through collaboration with consulting planners, architects and interior designers, you will assist in managing the design intent of the project, participate in the development of budgets, schedules and determining the scope of work and assist on a variety of assignments requiring skills in all conventional aspects of architectural and interior design. This includes investigation, evaluation and documentation of existing conditions as well as the development of potential design solutions that best meet client's needs. This is an ideal role for an individual who knows architecture, project and process management and has the skills and ability to influence, collaborate and communicate with diverse levels and backgrounds from C-Suite executives to Clinical leaders and outside vendors. This position offers opportunities to get involved and be present in conversations to support improved outcomes as well as a variety of opportunities to grow into other roles depending on the individual’s journey, performance and aspiration. A caregiver in this position works Monday-Friday from 8:00AM – 5:00PM, with flexibility needed on start and end times based on project schedules. This caregiver may work out of any Florida-based CCF Hospital. The ability to travel between Broward and Indian River Counties on a regular basis is required.
