The Interior Designer II is responsible for design and presentation drafting as well as planning, designing, and furnishing the interiors of various public, commercial, and industrial buildings according to the needs of clients. This role involves performing field verification of existing spaces, researching interior products, and applying established interior design standards. The designer will participate in all phases of design projects, from programming to construction administration, and work closely with clients to define project requirements and develop design concepts. Responsibilities include creating and presenting design concepts, producing construction documents and specifications, managing budgets, and coordinating interior graphics and signage. The role also involves maintaining resource materials, meeting with industry representatives, and supporting business development activities.
