Interior Designer
About The Position
La-Z-Boy is seeking a talented Interior Designer to join their team. This role involves partnering with clients to understand their style, lifestyle, and vision for their homes, and then designing inspiring spaces using premium furniture, fabrics, and décor. The position offers professional design consultations, including layout planning and product recommendations, with the goal of creating cohesive looks that combine comfort, style, and functionality. This is an opportunity to combine a passion for design with a rewarding career, helping clients create beautiful, functional spaces while earning uncapped commissions.
Requirements
- Passionate about home furnishings, design trends, and creating beautiful spaces.
- Detail-oriented with a strong eye for color, texture, and layout.
- Confident working directly with clients to bring their design vision to life.
- Experience in design, home furnishings, or client-focused retail is a plus.
- Candidates must be able to meet the qualifications noted in the company’s Driver Management Program if the role requires travel/driving.
