About The Position

Requirements
- 3+ years of interior design experience (commercial or residential)
- Strong skills in space planning + design development
- Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe, or similar
- A portfolio that shows you actually know what you’re doing
- Strong communication skills (because clients will test you)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- Have experience in healthcare, hospitality, or multi-family design
- Understand construction documentation & project coordination
- Can take a project from concept → completion without hand-holding
Responsibilities
- Develop design concepts, mood boards, and space plans
- Select finishes, materials, furniture, and lighting
- Create presentations that actually impress clients
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project teams
- Review drawings, specs, and ensure design intent is maintained
- Manage multiple projects without letting anything fall through the cracks
- Stay on top of trends, codes, and industry standards
