About The Position

Whether they’re on a strict budget, working with a small space, designing an entire house, or just trying to figure out what to do. We provide a full spectrum of services from basic suggestions to complete floor plans with every detail attended to.
Requirements
- Experienced designers or those just starting out in the design field.
- Strong sales abilities and high personal integrity
- The creative talent needed to translate your vision into a presentation that will meet your client’s needs and drive sales
- The ability to work both in-store and in customers’ homes
- The ability to manage multiple projects and customers concurrently
- Flexibility in work schedule to meet customer needs including weekends and holidays
- Experience with 2D and 3D space planning
- Experience with palette selections and textiles
- DMV record must meeting insurability requirements
Nice To Haves
- A minimum of an associate’s degree in interior design and/or extensive experience and training in a design field.
