We’re currently seeking an Interior Designer to join our dynamic Workplace team. You’ll be part of a culture that values deep collaboration, technical excellence, and continual growth. We have completed projects such as Edwards Lifescience Campus Expansion, Gigamon and Towers at Second. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across our studios—and help bring high-performance, community-first design to life.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Interior Architecture required
  • 2-5 years of experience in all phases of interior architecture projects
  • Experience in Revit, Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite preferred
  • Enthusiastic commitment to the multidisciplinary design process and team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Committed to building a long-term professional career

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the integrated design process with other disciplines at LPA.
  • You will assist Project Managers, Project Designers, and Design Coordinators in the execution of specific assignments.
  • Prepare presentations and documentation for schematic design, design development and construction documents.
  • Work on research for product and construction methods related to projects.
  • Attend construction meetings and field visits to further understand detailing and coordination.
