Interior Designer II
About The Position
Performs interior design work for all Sentara businesses including Corporate, Hospitals, Optima, Life Care, SMG, SE and MPB providing all aspects of the profession; i.e. client meetings, space planning, development of AutoCAD plans, selection and specifications of colors, building finishes, furnishings and fabrics, project coordination, bidding, awarding, and construction administration. Develops and delivers design presentations to customer. Develops Space Needs Programs to determine square footage needed and department adjacencies. Develops budgets for furnishings and construction, Manages projects. This is a Full Time, Hybrid position. The main office location is 1300 Sentara Park, Virginia Beach, Virginia.
Requirements
- Bachelor Level Degree (Interior Design)
- AutoCAD experience required
- 7 years Commercial Interior Design
- 7 years Construction Administration
- 7 years Develop Construction Documents

- Certified Interior Designer preferred
