About The Position

Kinetic Design + Development is looking for an Interior Designer II to join the Krew. If you’re an interior designer who thrives in both the creative and technical sides of the process, this role is for you. In this role, you’ll take ownership of interior design scope across a variety of commercial projects, helping bring spaces to life from early concepts through construction. You’ll collaborate closely with project teams, clients, and consultants while producing thoughtful, buildable design solutions that balance creativity, functionality, and technical precision. This is a hands-on role where your ideas matter and your ability to execute them is just as important. You’ll also play a key part in shaping the next generation of designers, mentoring junior team members while continuing to grow your own skills in a fast-moving, supportive environment.

  • Review RFIs, submittals, and conduct site observations during construction administration
  • Identify and help resolve coordination issues proactively
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations, clearly communicating design ideas
