What You’ll Do Design & Consult: Collaborate with clients in-store, online, and in their homes to create personalized, functional, and beautiful spaces. Drive Sales: Present Ethan Allen’s full range of products and services, guiding clients from inspiration to installation. Build Relationships: Develop a loyal client base through exceptional service, community networking, and social media engagement. Stay Ahead of Trends: Continuously update your knowledge of design, color, and lifestyle trends to deliver fresh, fashionable solutions. Teamwork: Partner with colleagues to deliver seamless service and exceed client expectations at every touchpoint. Who We’re Looking For Prioritizing Experience: Minimum 5-10 years in sales, interior design, and/or Retail Leadership experience preferred. Design Passion: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design (or related field) or equivalent experience. Recent grads and seasoned pros welcome! Sales Savvy: Proven ability to connect with clients and close sales in a consultative, relationship-focused environment. Tech Forward: Comfortable with digital floor planning, 3D/AR/VR visualization tools, and social media marketing. Excellent Communicator: Strong listening, presentation, and written communication skills. Self-Starter: Motivated to build your business, manage your time, and exceed goals. Flexible & Reliable: Full-time, on-site role includes weekends. Visiting client homes and networking participation expected - valid driver’s license or reliable transportation required. Compensation & Benefits Base Draw: Minimum annual recoverable draw of $40,000 paid biweekly. Incentive-Based Pay: Unlimited earning potential based on your written performance. Requirements

  • Minimum 5-10 years in sales, interior design, and/or Retail Leadership experience preferred.
