About The Position
The Tax Senior, Resource Solutions Group (Strategic Resources Group) will prepare and review tax returns as well as schedules related to the compliance of tax liabilities. This position works at a variety of clients on a temporary basis. The schedule for this position is sporadic and fluctuating, based on business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, required; focus in Accounting, preferred
- Two (2) or more years in International or Domestic Tax Compliance experience, required
- Experience with C Corporations, Sub S Corporations, Limited Liability Corporations or Partnerships, required
- Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook, required
Nice To Haves
- Experience with OneSource, Corptax, or other tax compliance software, preferred
- Strong knowledge Federal and Tax Codes, preferred
- CPA preferred, but not required
- OneSource and Corptax, preferred
- Ability to travel minimum of 50% preferred
Responsibilities
- Prepares tax returns, including research and planning and correspondence for US Federal and International tax compliance and provisions
- Prepares monthly, quarterly and yearly tax reports
- Prepares tax returns including research and planning and correspondence for State and local tax compliance
- Other duties as required
