As a chef on our Restaurant team, you’ll play a dual role — part kitchen genius, part artist. This position involves completing a comprehensive Manager in Training program that covers all aspects of running a successful kitchen. You will lead the kitchen crew in scratch cooking established recipes and preparing weekly specials. Responsibilities also include training, motivating, and developing kitchen staff, while focusing on business goals such as process improvements, growth, efficiency, profitability, and compliance with company procedures. Additionally, you will ensure the kitchen is always clean and meets high standards.
