Interim Resettlement Program Lead

About The Position

This position provides day-to-day direction and operational support for Resettlement services during a temporary interim assignment. The position serves as a resource for staff, coordinates daily activities, and helps ensure services and responsibilities are carried out in accordance with agency policies and program requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study required with three years of experience.
Must be able to reliably transport clients as needed.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day supervision, mentorship, and technical assistance to case managers, employment specialists, and support staff including coaching and guidance related to service delivery and specialized programming.
Train and support incoming Program Supervisor to ensure a smooth transition and continuity of program operations, service delivery, and compliance.
Coordinate the delivery of case management, education, health, employment, and other resettlement services, to support timely and appropriate service delivery.
Review frontline operations, including intake, housing placement, language access, and school enrollment, to identify service bottlenecks, improve workflows, and support timely client self-sufficiency.
Conduct routine case file reviews and case note audits, to identify documentation gaps and support federal guidelines, contract requirements, accrediting standards, and agency policies.
Prepares monthly and quarterly reports as required.
Represents the Agency in the community and workplace in a professional and ethical manner.
Demonstrates sensitivity to the service population’s cultural and socioeconomic characteristics.
Demonstrates strong interpersonal, decision-making, problem-solving, oral, and written skills.
Utilizes a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
