About The Position
The Interim Director of Nursing (DON) will support the successful execution of Autumn Leaves Nursing and Rehab's mission and Core Values by ensuring quality care through associate engagement, excellent clinical services and customer satisfaction within the community. This role requires the individual to be a Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) and be based in Texas, with flexibility for relocation within Texas.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
- Valid State licensure as an RN.
- Three to Five (3-5) years of progressive management or supervisory experience in long-term care, acute care, Veterans Home, restorative or geriatric nursing.
- Proficient in the use of Electronic Medical Records.
- Flexible for relocation within Texas.
Nice To Haves
- DON Experience of 2-3 year highly regarded
- PCC is a plus
