About The Position

The Intercompany Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets across assigned intercompany accounts within FDH Electronics. This role owns the entire intercompany sales process, from building and managing relationships with internal branch and division teams to identifying demand, preparing quotes, negotiating pricing and fulfilling orders. The Intercompany Account Manager works closely with internal teams to resolve administrative sales tasks, maintain accurate CRM records and ensure smooth order management. They monitor account profitability, proactively address changes in product costs and regularly update forecasts to align with division strategies. Collaborating with Sales Managers, Business Development Managers and operations teams across FDH Electronics locations, the Intercompany Account Manager ensures effective performance against key KPIs while maintaining strong internal relationships and delivering reliable supply solutions for intercompany demand.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field
  • Experience in account management, inside sales or a related customer-facing sales role preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects/contracts to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Written and verbal fluency in English and Hebrew Languages
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information and collaborate across departments and levels of seniority
  • Ability to review, interpret contractual requirements, and identify/mitigate contractual and compliance risks effectively
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and legal counsel

  • Demonstrated commitment to maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and compliance in all contract-related activities

  • ITAR Requirement
  • Some positions will require current U.S. Citizenship due to contract requirements.
  • This position requires access to information that is subject to compliance with the International Traffic Arms Regulations (“ITAR”) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”). In order to comply with the requirements of the ITAR and/or the EAR, applicants will be asked to provide specific documentation to verify U.S. person status under the ITAR and the EAR. Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end sales process for assigned intercompany accounts. Drive revenue and sales growth through building strong working relationships with internal branch and division teams and identifying demand
  • Manage intercompany accounts by qualifying and understanding account needs, recommending FDH solutions, preparing and sharing quotes, negotiating and closing opportunities, troubleshooting and fulfilling orders
  • Achieve the annual intercompany sales quota for assigned accounts
  • Facilitate administrative sales tasks through review of quotation orders and working with sales support to resolve order acceptance issues and share information required by order entry and management teams
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems pertaining to sales activities, internal customer interactions and pipeline status
  • Assess account information to anticipate changes affecting sales revenues and budget plans. Update rolling forecast monthly and report on variances
  • Monitor and maintain profitability with assigned intercompany accounts consistent with overall division strategy. Proactively manage the changing product cost environment
  • Coordinate closely with the sales manager to ensure performance against key KPIs and metrics within the intercompany segment
  • Communicate the outcome of pricing discussions and ensure agreements are documented, approved and distributed
  • Work closely with BDMs and product teams on assigned accounts to obtain competitive pricing, cost and other information required to develop the selling strategy and obtain approval for proposals
