Requirements

Associate degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field required
One year of experience as a Teller on the ITM Track or in a similar role required
Applicable work or military experience may substitute for education (two years' experience = one year education)
Additional education or certifications may satisfy minimum experience requirements
Must be bondable through TFCU’s selected authority
Completion of TFCU University certification required
Must pass required regulatory training
Completed Teller Capstone
Comfort with virtual technology and speaking on camera
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Organizational skills and attention to detail for multitasking
Ability to focus in a high-paced, multi-channel environment
Knowledge of federal and state regulations, privacy/confidentiality guidelines
Familiarity with systems such as Symitar, NCR/Enterprise, and related platforms

Responsibilities

Serve as an ITM expert resource for TFCU management and employees, providing operational and procedural guidance.
Support branches with error resolution and assist with new or changing products and services.
Reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure timely completion of outstanding items.
Research and correct daily operation exceptions and system errors for ITM systems.
Balance and reconcile check deposits, investigating discrepancies and initiating corrections.
Assist with training department personnel on ITM-related services.
