Intensive In Home Team Lead job
About The Position
S&H Youth And Adult Services in Sanford, NC is looking for one IIH- Intensive In Home Team Lead to join our team. This role is responsible for providing assessment and therapy services for children eligible for IIH services and their families. The Team Lead will facilitate relationships and serve as a link between the company, parents, guardians, local agencies, and the community. They will also provide individual therapy, coordinate and oversee assessment activities, and complete the initial development and ongoing revision of the Person-Centered Plan (PCP), ensuring its implementation. Additionally, the Team Lead will facilitate weekly team meetings and provide clinical expertise and guidance to the IIH team members.
Requirements
- QMHP Preferred
- Clinical License - licensed clinician (LCAS, LPC, and LCSW)
- Minimum 2 years experience working with individuals with mental and/or behavioral health issues that include writing person-centered plans, conducting effective group therapy and providing mental health diagnoses
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable transportation
Responsibilities
