About The Position

At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), our mission is rooted in empowering individuals and strengthening communities. We are seeking a passionate, Full-Time Intensive In-Home Qualified Professional to join our team in the Clinton, NC area. As a valued member of our collaborative and supportive team, you will work together to transform the lives of youth by providing a comprehensive range of services that treat the whole person and empower families to find their way forward. This position has a flexible work schedule from M-F 9am-5pm, however flexible later afternoon scheduling to accommodate families served. 24/7/365 rotating on call with team. The service area for this position is in Duplin and Sampson counties.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a Human Service field with two years of experience with at risk youth OR Master’s degree in a Human Service field with one year of experience with at risk youth
• Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation for work-related travel.

Nice To Haves

• Crisis intervention experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy that involves the child (ages 3–20), their family, and extended family.
• Implement an evidence‑based therapeutic model known as Eco‑Systemic Structural Family Therapy.
• Interventions may occur with schools and the juvenile justice system, or coordination of care interventions in the home.
• Participate in the crisis response rotation with your team for one week at a time.
