The Intensive In-Home Associate Professional (AP) provides direct, structured, and skill-based interventions to children, adolescents, and families receiving Intensive In-Home (IIH) services. The AP works as part of a team-based service model under the supervision of a Qualified Professional (QP) and clinical oversight of a Licensed Professional (LP). Services are delivered in the home, school, and community settings and are designed to prevent out-of-home placement, stabilize behavioral health crises, and improve family functioning. All services must be medically necessary, person-centered, and compliant with NC Medicaid IIH service definition.
