About The Position

We are expanding our leadership team with a forward‑thinking firstline manager who is passionate about guiding high‑performance technical teams and shaping user‑centric capabilities that directly support the U.S. defense and intelligence communities.

Requirements

Active TS/SCI with polygraph required
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience, typically with 5+ years of related technical or military experience
Demonstrated leadership experience managing personnel.
Strong background on Military and DOW functions.
Significant proficiency in Windows, Excel, and distributed systems

Responsibilities

Manage and mentor a team of specialists, responsible for technical troubleshooting, manning, and customer support.
Provide strategic direction for how CACI systems work—Workday, Timecards, Policies, ect.
Drive operational readiness by ensuring your team follows best practices.
Coordinate daily required activities
Analyze complex data, reconcile timecards, ensure workday accountability.
Produce high‑level operational metrics, reports, and executive summaries for internal leadership and external stakeholders.

To identify risks, track critical paths, and build contingency plans.
Represent CACI during customer engagements, delivering briefings, demonstrations, and technical discussions at both operational and executive levels.
